§ 1941r. Termination of Commission; administration after termination
The Commission shall cease to exist thirty days after the termination of the transfer period as provided by section 7(i) of this Act [section
1941e
(i) of this Appendix], but nothing contained in this section shall be construed in any way so as to abrogate, modify, or adversely affect any contract of sale or lease of the Government-owned rubber-producing facilities pursuant to this Act [sections
1941 to
1941y of this Appendix]. After the Commission ceases to exist, such contracts and leases and other matters involving the Commission shall be administered by such agency of the Government as the President may designate.
